Rev. Dr. Daniel Hall will lead this seminar.
Practicing surgeon and Episcopal priest, the Rev. Dr. Daniel Hall will summarize and apply Alexander Schmemann’s sacramental theology in the context of healthcare and contemporary medicine. What is happening when we make Eucharist together? How does it transform those who participate? What kind of witness does it make to a wider world? And how does it move out of the sanctuary and into the hospitals, classrooms, factories, and shops of the wider world? And what does any of it have to do with mortality?
